In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned to them below unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

To register and use the papafa Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at all times:

• You must be a resident of Indonesia and at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and for the entire duration of your use of the Platform.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under applicable law.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list maintained by papafa or any recognised responsible gaming authority.
• You must not be acting on behalf of, or depositing funds owned by, any third party.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, officer, director, or immediate family member of papafa or any of its affiliated entities.
• You must not access the Platform from any jurisdiction where online gaming is explicitly and unlawfully prohibited.

To access the full range of papafa services, you must create a registered Account by providing accurate, complete, and current information. The following conditions apply to all Accounts:

• One Account Per Person: Each individual may hold only one Account on the Platform. Opening or using multiple Accounts — including using another person's Account — is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent suspension and forfeiture of funds.
• Accurate Information: All information provided during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, address, phone number, and email address, must be truthful and accurate. You are responsible for keeping your information up to date.
• Verification: papafa may require you to submit identity documents (such as a national ID card / KTP, passport, or bank statement) to verify your identity and age before permitting withdrawals or as a condition of continued account access.
• Account Activation: Your Account will not be fully activated until papafa has completed any required initial verification steps and confirmed your eligibility.

papafa reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your Account login credentials. The following obligations apply:

• You must not share your username, password, or OTP codes with any third party under any circumstances.
• You must not allow any other person to access or use your Account.
• You must notify papafa immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account or any compromise of your login credentials.
• papafa strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your Account as an additional security measure.

papafa will not be liable for any losses resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials. Any activity conducted through your Account — whether or not authorised by you — will be treated as your responsibility unless papafa determines otherwise at its sole discretion.

5.1 Deposits. papafa accepts deposits exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the following approved payment methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. Minimum deposit amounts and processing times vary by payment method as published on the Platform from time to time.

• Deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
• papafa reserves the right to reject any deposit that cannot be verified as originating from the Account holder.
• papafa does not accept deposits made in cryptocurrencies, foreign currencies, or via payment methods not listed on the Platform.

5.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• You must complete KYC verification before your first withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit wherever possible.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts are displayed in your account dashboard and vary by payment method.
• papafa aims to process verified withdrawal requests within 1–24 hours; however, processing times are not guaranteed and may be extended in cases requiring additional review.
• papafa reserves the right to withhold or delay withdrawal processing if fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms is suspected.
• Funds held in your Account do not accrue interest.

papafa offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible users. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published alongside each promotion:

• Wagering Requirements: Unless stated otherwise, all bonuses are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is specified in each promotion's individual terms.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are available to eligible registered users only. papafa reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• One Bonus Per Household: Only one bonus of any given type may be claimed per household, IP address, device, or payment method. Attempting to claim bonuses in excess of this limit may result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and suspension of your Account.
• Time Limits: Bonuses and any associated free spins expire within the timeframe stated in the relevant promotion. Expired bonuses will be removed from your account balance without notice.
• Minimum Odds Requirements: For sports betting bonuses, qualifying bets may be subject to minimum odds thresholds as stated in the p romotion details.
• Abuse: Any attempt to exploit, manipulate, or abuse bonus systems — including through the use of multiple accounts, arbitrage strategies, or collusion — will result in immediate forfeiture of all bonuses and may lead to permanent account closure.

All wagers placed on the papafa Platform are subject to the following general rules. Sport-specific and game-specific rules are published separately on the relevant sections of the Platform and form part of these Terms by reference.

• Finality of Bets: Once a wager is confirmed and accepted by the Platform, it cannot be amended, cancelled, or reversed by the user, except where papafa's rules expressly permit otherwise (e.g., cash-out functionality where available).
• Odds and Prices: All odds displayed on the Platform are subject to change at any time prior to bet acceptance. The odds confirmed at the moment of bet acceptance are the odds that apply to that wager.
• Void Bets: papafa reserves the right to void any bet placed on erroneous odds, on events that have already commenced or concluded, or where a palpable error in pricing is evident. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to your account balance.
• Sporting Events: papafa offers markets on domestic competitions including BRI Liga 1 (featuring clubs such as Persija Jakarta, Persib Bandung, and Bali United), as well as international competitions including the EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, UEFA Champions League, FIFA World Cup, and Piala AFF. Markets are also offered on badminton, MotoGP (including the Mandalika circuit), e-sports, and other sports as listed on the Platform.
• Numbers Games: Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) and other number-draw markets are governed by the specific draw schedules and payout tables published within the relevant game section of the Platform.
• Live Games: Live dealer games are streamed in real time and are subject to interruption due to connectivity issues beyond papafa's control. In the event of a disconnection, papafa's server records will determine the outcome of any incomplete game round, and the result shall be final and binding.
• Maximum Winnings: papafa applies maximum winning limits per bet and per day. These limits are published within the Platform and may be amended from time to time. Any winnings exceeding the stated limit may be adjusted to the applicable maximum.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the papafa Platform. Violation of any of these provisions may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of funds:

• Opening or operating more than one Account, or accessing another user's Account.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any other time.
• Using the Platform for any form of money laundering, fraud, or other financial crime.
• Depositing or wagering funds that originate from illegal activities.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software vulnerabilities, or employ any form of cheating software, bot, or automated tool.
• Colluding with other players in live game environments or sports betting markets.
• Engaging in arbitrage or matched betting strategies in connection with papafa bonus funds.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing papafa staff, support agents, or other users.
• Reproducing, distributing, or commercially exploiting any content, data, or odds information from the Platform without papafa's express written consent.

papafa is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. The Platform offers a range of tools to help users manage their gaming activity:

• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits from their account settings. Once set, these limits take effect immediately and can only be increased after a mandatory 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Users may set maximum session durations and enable reality-check notifications that alert them to the amount of time spent on the Platform.
• Self-Exclusion: Users who wish to take a break from gaming may apply for a temporary suspension (minimum 24 hours) or a permanent self-exclusion. Self-excluded accounts cannot be reopened during the exclusion period.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.
• You may not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, distribute, or modify any content from the Platform without papafa's express prior written consent.
• The papafa name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of papafa. You may not use these marks without our express written permission.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

• papafa provides the Platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
• papafa does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.
• papafa shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including losses resulting from wagering outcomes.
• papafa's total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of funds deposited by you into your papafa Account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
• Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit papafa's liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Your use of the papafa Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. The Privacy Policy explains how papafa collects, uses, stores, and protects your personal data in accordance with applicable data protection principles.

By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your personal information as described in the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with our data practices, you must discontinue using the Platform.

papafa reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, papafa will provide reasonable notice via the Platform or by email to your registered address prior to the changes taking effect.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and contact our support team to close your Account.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognised principles of commercial law as applied by the Platform's licensing jurisdiction.

papafa operates as an internationally licensed gaming platform. Users accessing the Platform from Indonesia do so at their own risk and on their own initiative. papafa makes no representation that the Platform or its content is appropriate for use in any specific jurisdiction.

Any disputes between you and papafa that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints procedure shall be submitted to binding arbitration administered by an internationally recognised arbitration body, conducted in the English language.
